Well, Maina, they are also suspects in crimes against humanity!I rather vote for Peter Kenneth than these two, even if they teamed up in one ticket.

    3. We are not looking for a president to tame anybody. You are very backward in your thinking.

  2. UHURU AND RUTTO, HAVE TAINTED PUBLIC IMAGE, KENYA NEEDS SCAMS-FREE LEADERS TO SOW THE SEEDS OF GOOD GOVERNANCE. THESE GUYS(U n R), are tribal chaunivanists, do we really need them. Let them disapprove O'Campo first, and then convince us they can deliver. Uhuru is temperamental, while Rutto behaves like he has the solution to all Kenya's problems.

    1. I agree. People have shortcomings and I can give Uhuru and Ruto all the reasonable doubts on so many other shortcomings but when it comes to such allegations as they face at the Hague I think it is prudent for them to first clear their names before they can wish for consideration for public leadership.

  6. Rt Hon Prime Minister Raila Odinga has the vision to provide political leadership that makes Kenya a stable, prosperous, democratic and civilized modern nation within the framework of rule of law, encouraging pluralistic democracy, regional, ethnic and gender inclusiveness with emphasis on principles of good governance, transparency and accountability in the management of public affairs which will lead us to pursue the provision and improvement of basic needs such as education, health, shelter, food, clothing and social security so as to raise the standard and quality of life of the people of the Republic of Kenya

  12. Whatever your views are, whoever it will be, I don't it is of concern. All we need is a visionary leader who has Kenya and the interests of Kenyans at heart... one who stands for the right & respects the rule of law...

As I look at the list, it is a big NO NO NO at the top ranked. They have failed us! An underdog is the best option.. It's time we rose above tribal and other evil ways of judging and chose a leader based on their track records. You may disagree, and they may not make it, but Raphoh, P. Kenneth & Karua, are the only hope we have. It's time we tried either of them.

    1. karua had a
bad character sticking out his neck thta they have won even when our people were bieng killed, she only backed down when the americans expelled her kid from states. secondly she is not civilized as she proved infront of koffi anan and TZ presso qouting petty and emabarasiing issues.

  16. MAJOR AGWATAFebruary 12, 2012

I feel that we need to take this year and look at what we want this country of ours to be for the next generation. The future lies in our hands and we get to decide if its a prosperous kenya or a corrupt, economic disaster. I say we start afresh...a new kind of leader is what we need. I admire peter kenneth. Smart, Bold and has quite a good record....If only we were bold enough.

I admire your boldness major Agwata but the fact of the matter is that Kenyan Politics is very tribal and before that changes, we can never move foward. Even with all this hague business people still want Uhuru and ruto to be the next president...Ask yourself why?

I think that kenyans take elections the wrong way. For a majority of us, it is just another chance of trying to get a "MTU WETU" into the top seat. for us to go foward, we need to embrace love for one another, but most of all love for our country

  26. Dr. Alfred WambuaFebruary 21, 2012

In my view, the majority of votes come from kenyans who are un-educated. This is a ploy used keenly by politicians because they can sway the minds of the common mwananchi with useless rhetoric. It is time we ourselves as we go back home during festivities to educate our grandparents, neices and nephews to shun from politics that will take us back.
